Do I need to be a member to purchase a test?

No, you have access to the full to the full range of our testing. However, we highly recommend you book a 1:1 session with our team to review your results. For members, you’ll receive a 10% discount on testing.

How do you work alongside my GP?

Whenever it’s appropriate, we work in collaboration with your GP. In addition, many GPs will refer their clients to us if they feel a lifestyle-based approach is most suitable. These joint efforts yield extraordinary results.

Do you prescribe medication?

No, we do not prescribe pharmaceutical medicine. If we feel this is needed we will support you by writing a letter to your GP.

Do you work outside of Europe and the UK?

Yes, we have clients across the globe.

Can I claim on my insurance?

Every insurance plan is unique and therefore what you can claim back will differ from person to person. Our team will help guide you toward understanding what your insurance policy covers. You can discuss this with one of our doctors on our Free Discovery Call.

When will I notice improvements?

Some people start to feel better within a few days, for others it may take a little longer depending on what the root-cause is. You can book a discovery call to speak to one of our doctors to discuss this further. Typically, the more you’re willing to put in, the more you’ll get out. Validated measures are used to track your progress so you can both see and feel the results.

What’s your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds after you’ve attended a private session, but you can cancel you membership anytime.
