We collaborate with GPs whenever appropriate, and many actively refer patients to Tru Health when a lifestyle-based approach is indicated. Where helpful, we can also write to your GP to advise on relevant investigations or treatment considerations. This integrative way of working often supports more meaningful, long-term improvements in health.

Some people notice small shifts earlier on, but for most, meaningful changes are typically felt around the three-month mark, with ongoing improvements beyond this as the body continues to rebalance and heal. Progress varies depending on individual root causes and circumstances. The more consistently you engage with the process, the more sustainable your results tend to be. We use validated measures to track your progress, so you can both see and feel the changes over time. You’re welcome to discuss what this might look like for you on a Discovery Call with one of our doctors.

Appointments are typically monthly, with support in between as needed. We design your plan to fit into real life, focusing on changes that are sustainable rather than overwhelming.
