Weekly Community Live Sessions: Optional weekly online meetings, where you’ll be guided through mind-body practices, core teachings, practical tasks and have the opportunity to ask questions.
Online lectures with step-by-step guidance: Delivered through engaging modules that balance education with practical application. You’ll have eight months access to this content, which will be continually improving as we learn from each other as a community.
Choose Your Medicine: Personalise your journey with actionable steps and healing modalities that work for you. Each module contains five ideas for habits to implement with: you make the choice, we’ll support you to take action.
Nutritional Journey: As outlined above, we’ll guide you through a six stage nutritional journey that you can personalise to your unique needs.
Supportive Community: Participate in Q&As, group discussions, and interactive exercises to foster connection.
