  • Functional & Mind-Body Medicine

    Retreat sessions blend expert-led functional medicine with powerful mind-body practices, carefully facilitated to go beyond passive learning. Every activity is crafted to spark shifts that last long after the retreat ends. Following the retreat, you’ll receive ongoing support through virtual check-ins, online resources, and personalised accountability with Dr. Bramley.

  • Farm-to-table banquets

    Food is medicine! Our farm-to-table nature banquets are gatherings rooted in nourishment, connection, and care. With seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients thoughtfully chosen to support your wellbeing, each dish is crafted to honour the land, your body, and the joy of eating in good company. We’ll ensure foods meet any dietary requirements you’re currently following.

  • Beautiful setting and company

    Nestled in the Cotswolds, this natural setting is surrounded by trees, fresh air, and the quiet power of nature. Unplug and gently detox from the noise of everyday life. Our yurt space offers comfort and calm, while private nooks invite solitude or reflection. You’ll be in the company of others who care deeply about their health, to uplift and inspire.

You’ll be guided before, during and after the retreat by Dr. Sally Bramley and the Tru Health team. We’re here to help you discover pathways to better health that feel joyful, heart-opening, and filled with laughter. We can’t wait to gather in person and share moments of healing and genuine joy together.
