Retreat Activities

  • Breathwork & Mind-Soma

Support physical and emotional health with carefully guided breathing practices, used to calm the nervous system, improve physiological resilience, and create the internal conditions required for better health. From this grounded state, Mind–Soma inquiry invites participants to work directly with body sensations and internal signals, using simple somatic techniques to release tension and facilitate insights.

  • Forest Bathing & Mindful Movement

These guided sessions use nature-based mindfulness and gentle movement to support restoration, self-connection and nervous system balance. Forest bathing offers a slow, intentional way of being in nature that reduces stress and supports wellbeing. Mindful movement complements this with simple, accessible movements designed to restore ease and reconnect you with a sense of flow and quiet joy.

  • Fireside Cacao Ceremony

These fireside sessions combine a ceremonial cacao experience with a Ho‘oponopono forgiveness practice, creating space for reflection, softening and connection.

Cacao is used intentionally to support presence and gentle heart-based awareness, while the Ho‘oponopono practice offers a structured process for reconciliation and inner clarity.

  • Art as Medicine

This workshop explores the meeting point between clinical knowledge and human experience. It looks at how creative expression and embodied awareness can positively influence physiology and nervous system health. Through guided, non-judgemental creative practices, you’ll be invited to let expression emerge naturally, rediscovering the joy of play and a freer, more intuitive relationship with your wellbeing.

  • Hot & Cold Therapy

Explores using hot and cold therapy in a practical, accessible way, using sauna and cold immersion to support circulation and resilience. You’ll also learn how these practices affect the body, why they can be helpful, and how to use them safely and enjoyably. The focus is on curiosity rather than endurance, helping you discover what feels supportive for you and how to make these therapies more effective.

  • Functional Medicine

Functional medicine principles are woven throughout the retreat, offering a clear framework for understanding health and the realisation of your potential. Alongside this, dedicated workshops explore how a functional medicine lens can be applied in everyday life, helping you better understand your own patterns, responses, and needs. You’ll leave with greater clarity and practical tools to support your health in a sustainable, long-term way.

Expect a warm, practical approach to health, grounded in science and the clinical experience of the team. Alongside moments of play and connection, the retreat offers abundant welcoming spaces to relax and unwind.
