Join us for a relaxed two-day wellness retreat in the heart of the Cotswolds, designed to help you reset, reconnect and rediscover how simple health can feel.

Led by Dr. Sally Bramley and the Tru Health team (including experienced nutritional therapists and integrative coaches), this retreat is about stepping out of busy life and back into your body, nature, and community.

Rooted in functional medicine and lifestyle science, we’ll focus on the simple foundations of wellbeing: movement, nourishing food, calming your nervous system, meaningful connection, time outdoors, and bringing more joy and aliveness to your life.

What’s included

  • Uplifting group sessions including functional medicine workshops, meditation, conscious movement, breathwork and fireside connection

  • A guided, mindful, nature-based country walk to reconnect with your body and the rhythms of the earth

  • A restorative Cacao & Ho’oponopono ceremony to support the release of tension

  • Four nourishing, seasonal meals, served banquet-style in a beautiful natural setting, crafted with fresh, farm-to-table ingredients and thoughtfully prepared to support vitality and digestion

  • A spacious, supportive group environment that feels gentle, nourishing, and free of pressure. We keep the group small so everyone feels seen and supported.

  • The option to book 1:1 in-person sessions during the retreat, including coaching, mind-body modalities or therapeutic support (additional costs may apply).
